99.99% of the time, the VIP Experience package at our concerts is offered to you exclusively by the artist. Many times, these VIP packages will donate proceeds to the artist’s preferred charity, as is the case with Jimmy Buffett, Elton John, Chicago, and Bonnie Raitt.
The VIP Experience is essentially an opportunity for fans to meet their favorite artists and provide them a photo opportunity that would otherwise be left to chance. The package will most often consist of an up-front ticket, merchandise of some sort (exclusive items like books and specialty swag can be offered), a souvenir VIP pass, and the aforementioned photo op. Each package is tailored to the artist and will vary.
Purchasing the VIP Experience does not allow any special access beyond the actual (group) event, which is normally held on or near the stage. The souvenir VIP pass, if offered, is merely a keepsake and does not grant any privileges.
Pricing will vary. If tickets are not included in a VIP Experience package, then you can purchase it as an added price point no matter where you’re sitting. If tickets are included, then you’ll only need to pay one charge for both your seat and the meet & greet.
To determine whether an artist is offering a VIP Experience at one of our shows, you simply need to check their fan club website or their official website. The sale of a VIP Experience appears on those websites. We may, from time to time, assist the artist with the sale of these packages, but this is rarely the case. If we assist, it is only to connect you to the VIP Experience seller. We do not otherwise participate.
